Motogp 15, download. Consistently freezes

I downloaded motogp 15, after every practice, qualifying and warmup, the game freezes and has to restart itself.

Can anyone please help or recommend who to contact.

MotoGp 15 - US release?

I don't think we are going to see it here other than the PC. Japan gets it in Sept but it's no where to be found on any US release calendar.

It's not region locked and I have a friend who picked it up from Game in the UK. He said the shipping wasn't expensive.

I've got it and still haven't started it.

I know Mr Codger above like my brother in law has had loads of issues with it. You only have to search Google to see tons more people complaining about it and Milestone really don't seem to care and this is not the first game they have released full of issues.

My advice to anyone, hold off until/when they fix it but I wouldn't hold your breath folks.

 

I have the same fault with mine but only after qualifying, unable to find out why.

not sure whether this is an xbox or game issue - seems to be a number of people complaining online about glitches and crashes on the devs social media.

Have a look
here for a contact address to report problems direct to them as well as their social media links - might be worth having a look around.

Same issue here. Betweem every session (practice/qualifying/warm-up/race) it crashes back to the xbox one dashboard. Ive emailed support as suggested on their website as well as tweeted them. Heard nothing back. How a bug like this makes it through i dont
know. Its quite bad really. A shame because i actually enjoy the racing.

 

Same here, only started after there patch upload from them and no feed back from them. Xbox checked my Xbox for faults but none found.

 

Same here. Any word from the dev's?? A nother broken game, its very very dissapointing.

 

Exactly the same happening here. This only began happening after updating the game & I've had to shelve the game as it is now, in my opinion, unplayable in career mode. I've tried contacting milestone customer support via email & facebook with no response.
If you could roll back the update by simply deleting it, as we used to on xbox 360, then it would be manageable until they could patch it further but you can't as the xbox one automatically updates unless you stay in offline mode which then renders the console
practically useless. Goog game going downhill fast.

I'm sincerely sorry to hear about the freezing issues you guys are experiencing. I would first suggest trying out these troubleshooting steps, if you haven't already, to see if we can sort things out.

• Uninstall MotoGP 15 from your Xbox One console.
  
• Power Cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will power down.
  
• Once your console is completely off, unplug the console from the power source and wait about three minutes.
  
• After three minutes has passed, plug all the cords back in and turn on your console.
  
• Sign into your account and download/install MotoGP 15 to your console and try playing it again.
  

If the troubleshooting steps above don't seem to do the trick for you guys, I would then recommend getting in contact with
Milestone srl, MotoGP 15's developer. Those are the best folks to contact for further assistance regarding MotoGP 15. Hope this helps, thanks in advance!

 

Tried to message milestone through the link, and even the message won't send.

I've tried the uninstall, reinstall method without accepting the dodgy update & playing the game offline in career mode, this worked fine last night but after switching on this morning, my game save is now apparently 'not useable' & has thrown me back to
the start, meaning I've lost 1.5 seasons in Moto 3 & a rank of 66. Include the countless hours I've put into it, along with the £40 purchase price, & it's clear I'm far from getting my money's worth. Therefore I shall be returning this game for a full refund
as it was sold as faulty & is clearly broken. Oh well, F1 is out tomorrow & I know Codemasters can make a working game, I'll buy that instead.

After you make sure that you fill out all the fields correctly in the contact form, are you receiving any errors that pop up when trying to send?

I would first suggest clearing your browser cache and trying to fill out the
contact form again. If that doesn't do the trick and if you haven't already, I would then suggest trying out other browsers.

Milestone srl, the publisher/developer of MotoGP 15, to let them know what's been happening on your end.

 

I got Microsoft to check my console for faults when the frezzing started to happen and they found no faults with it, so i wanted to contact milestone but there contacts just keep saying failed try again later.As any one got any clues whats milestone are
doing about the fault yet.

 

same here. freezes in career mode just like motogp 14 - why make another game with such a massive fault.
