    Hello.

    As the titel says, I,m a mother trying to help my son to get access to some of the free games we just noted!

    Seems like we need to login to get access. The screen direct us to press the " x" box buttum on the hand console but when we do that we only get the alternativ to turn the hand controls or the conso off!

    Any idea from someone how to get further??

    Well I always hate making these threads. I play xbox daily however I spend most of my time off line as I dislike the 12 year olds talking about everyone's mother. I am very knowledgeable in most games and will try to provide both reviews and help to the latest games as well as try and help people as much as I can.

    Because she was the one who set up the account as a child originally. If you no longer speak with your mother you could try calling support and see if they can help you out.

    I just want to confirm when you are trying to access your mother's email address for Shorty122006, it directs you to your other account, is that correct?

    To confirm this, you can try to sign in to your mother's email address on account.xbox.com, and from there check if you will see the gamer tag "Shorty122006" on the right top corner of the page.

    Please let me know the results once you're done.
