    Let me preface this to say that I didn't go into this expecting free crap. All I wanted was the month of lack in service added to the end of my subscription which I feel is fair. I don't have a lot of time for gaming, and the times I do it is frustrating
    to try to hop onto a game only to find out I can't access my friends list or sign in. It's a waste of time. I'd rather wait until the service is reliable again before re-attempting to play online. The response I got was utterly ridiculous and insulting. I'd
    rather the guy had just said no have a nice day rather than try to put a spin on things and treating me like an idiot in the process. I've been a xbox live customer on and off for about 8 years and never had bad customer support before so this was a big surprise.

    it is that it totally covers up the fact that the product doesn't work.

    Games for gold is advertised for gold subscription. It is why people pay for it. People pay into

    because it adds value, but that value is defunct once the service is not working. You can't rehash

    standard offerings to cover up mistakes. You can gift wrap an empty box as nice as you want, it still

    has no worth.

    games with gold is a selling point for gold, I can't argue about that, what my point here is that one

    reason why games and all the other things given out are to fill in the holes for when problems occur

    about the subscription. And that is the point where we misunderstand each other
