Most Powerful console have the most weak service!

I was a Sony freak since I buy the first Xbox console and play halo on 2001, now I am a Halo addict and a loyal Xbox customer. my Xbox one fail two days ago and I put a service to send it to the service center, Is passed two days and cant print the shipping
label. I chat three times and finally I discover why I can print the label!

I have to pay Shipping because I am in PR! we in PR have USPS,UPS,DHL and FedEx as any one with the same ETA. the problem is not paying because I can pay, the problem is paying for a warranty issue! and wait to the third attempt to have an answer to notify
the issue. For the first time I am really mad with Microsoft. that I have to say good bye to Xbox and say welcome back to Sony, well I think I should go and buy a New PS4 with pain in my heart and let Xbox go...

If some one cares about loyal customers and do something for someone loyal since 2001 please reply or email with a solution that not involve paying for something is not my fault or buy new PS4 and let Xbox One go away...

Why doesn't Microsoft respond?

Kinect costs as much to make as the Xbox One itself, basically they cant upgrade it that much, they wont tell you its the most powerful console, they brand it as "the most console WE have ever made" they won't say "most powerful console out there"

Firstly, I wouldn't be posting any of your details online, particularly your serial number. Its against the ToU's, and is just not safe to post in a public forum. Hopefully one of the mods or support crew will remove it for you

Secondly, in regards to the shipping, unfortunately that is just the way it is It sucks, but there isn't anything that can done about it unfortunately. The below is taken from this link:

too bad, I'll pay for the shipping to get repaired and think about of selling it to get a PS4!

Xbox one is junk. Stuck on green screen, I tried everything and cant get it to work. Sending it out for repair now. Just not right that Microsoft wont make things right with everyone having all these problems with this expensive brick. it had very little
use. talked to customer support and they said it was my connection which is not true. Microsoft need to make it right to all who have had problems.

 

well, finally I call Microsoft store on Plaza las Americas here in PR, as I said to my employees "one employee can make the difference" I spoke to Albert who give me outstanding customer service and set me an appointment, at the store Jose help me to solve
the problem and my Xbox is now working!!! those two guys give me back the confidence back on Xbox!

on line representatives do a good work but need to see all possibilities and study more the proses to solve a customer a complaint and bring all the possible solutions without taking the confidence on the product!
