Most Games crashing on PC, both from steam and Xbox

Forza Horizon 5, Motorsport 7, Hell let loose, sniper elite 5, and way of the hunter keep crashing on my pc. Both forza games are from Xbox and the rest are from steam, they do work occasionally. maybe like 15% of the time when i try launching it. I tried talking to Xbox support and they couldn't help me. All my updates are up to date. Forza games let me into the menu for a few minutes but then crash before i get the chance to drive much where it just freezes for a second and then closes. Hell let loose works for the most part, crashes rarely and when it does, it gives me an unreal engines error message. Sniper elite is similar to Forza, it works occasionally but after about 10 minutes the display freezes even though the audio and controls still work. Way of the hunter is a new one but it also gives me an error message a few minutes after starting it up "0x887a0006 hung". Again, all these games do work occasionally but not consistent. I tried things like reinstalling or running as administrator and turning off firewall/virus protection, but nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated as I would love to play these games without any issues. Thank you.

Hey thanks for your reply, all my settings and drivers are up to date and i just tried reinstalling the drivers and making a new administrator account, still wouldn't work. I have no idea what else to try and what it could be

That's really odd.
David in that case I can advise you another two things to try :

A. Run the SFC tool to find and repair possible system corruptions

B. Perform an in-place upgrade for your system (don't worry, your content will remain)

If you're on windows 10 steps are the same, you just need to download windows 10 ISO

If the issue persists even with the in-place upgrade, the next step will be perform a custom installation for your windows system (you may need to reinstall some apps and games, you can recover personal files later)

Sorry to hear that, do you know if your windows system receive an update before this started to happen?
Or when this started happening?
Also, may I know if you tried reinstalling your graphics card driver to see if maybe that does the trick?
Or did you tried only the troubleshooting steps described in your post?

In the meantime. The issue persists if you try running the games creating a new local administrator user in your PC?

Only play anywhere games bought from xbox store or microsoft store on PC can be used on both console and pc. Games bought from steam can't.
