Most Gamepass Perks are not redeemable. Any solution?

There is no way to redeem on either PC or Mobile, do not have an xbox so cannot even try. Mobile states use PC, PC gives error. I get this error always on all perks when on PC. This has been happening for months.

Hey there!

I have the same problem and still no solution. In the Win 10 privacy settings I've turned off/on all the possible options to check if there are any dependencies and stuff. But did not help.

I'm only stuck on the PC. Redeeming perks via smartphone app is working.

PS: Changing language (german -> english) or region (Germany -> UK) did not help either.

You cant only the subscriber can use the code and perks it has to be redeemed on the gamepass app

With crunchyroll you need to look up the website they provide with any perk or codes they always have a custom site for any perks from gamepass

I have the xbox gamepass ultimate. But it doesnt show any perks.

I have the same problem and none of these solutions seem to work. Yes, you can collect some perks with the mobile app, but not all.

Perks like Disney+, Crunchyroll, Discord Nitro etc. have to be collected on PC, as stated in the app. Please fix this Microsoft! I dont have a xbox console to redeem the perks there and that shouldnt be the solution anyway.
