    Puzzles lost????

    Most of the puzzles that were in 'My Collections' are gone. Can they be recovered - if so how????

    What happened to My Collections?

    I had a few dozen My Collection games and when I opened Jigsaw today most of them are gone. Where did they go?

    How many of you Ghost’s go all the way back to 2001?

    Old GR was the most fun I had at that time,sadly it seems the flavor is almost gone with some of these shooters out now..maybe they should do a HD collection like with some of the other series being put out lol,I'd buy it.

    They are collecting data on this over on the Console subforum. However, this should not have happened in the first place. Half of the second most important part of our gold subscription is utterly gone. This is something that testing really should have picked
    up on since it is wasting consumer's money.

    Most of my games I don't even feel like playing since Xbox is a primarily social experience.

    Gears of War 3 Campaign Data Gone

    I JUST had almost the same problem.

    1. all collectibles gone

    2. all campaign progress gone (including insane)

    3. and i lost most of my weapon skins including my gold gnasher since the game says i havent played before apparently

    It frustrating and xbox live support is at the max with calls right now so im probably not the only one. But im sure they wont fix it, atleast not any time soon.
