    Last week we were able to do the Mossa Core workout, this week it seems to have dissappeared fro mthe library. Are the trainings rotating, we would love the core workout to come back!

    Xbox Fitness crashes to home

    Same here, no USB ports are being used, no other Apps running, 55min into P90X Plyometrics and it returned to home. What a kick in the nuts. =0( Happen 2 times on P90X Plyometrics and 1 time on Mossa Core within 5min.

    Looking for Xbox One's Fitness Friends

    Guys feel free to add me, I do daily workouts of MOSSA fight+core or fight+power....at 148lbs now from 160 just. a couple months ago.....I started Xbox fitness 4 months ago. I could just do the 1 10-min exercise...... when started mossa exercise I had to
    pause it to catch myself..... now I can't get enough!

    I have bought me new home equipment, mma gloves for thru fight routine and extra weights for the arms and legs to push myself Mossa Core workout? :( :)

    It seems to just have been renamed. It is MOSSA Abs now.

    stuck on warning "don't overexert yourself"

    this is happening too much lately IMO

    and MOSSA ABS workout #2 keeps causing program to crash at about min 8 into the workout, everytime in the same spot. I love working out on xbox and I have made so much progress myself that I hope this minor issues het fixed......last time it hang on the
    DOEY screen it was because of the program update, then the new "fighting" workout.... so I try always to be position and excited that maybe that's the reason, but nope.....

    I cant wait for more MOSSA figth power and core workouts!!!!

    You can subscribe to Mossa Move for the Mossa fight workouts. They have 5 now plus other great workouts. I pay 7.99GBP a month 🙂

    Thank you for your suggestion canTspelT. I will try that. I liked the Mossa Groove...but there's just one workout....that was a fun workout.
