    I've been a bit slacking since Christmas so only done a handful of workouts. I usually get £50 of credit from cdkeys for about £43 which makes it slightly cheaper.

    Is it worth it...i think so, its a one off cost rather than monthly gym membership etc, with the kinect as well you can try and beat your previous score.

    The free ones are good as well, I did the mosa ones for a while and only went for the P90x as I wanted to try a 60 day exercise challenge.

    So, in short if you want to do a 30 day type challenge exercising x5 a week then go for it, if you want to just exercise a couple of times a week do the free ones...you can always buy later.

    If you buy the insanity/p90 dvds they are just over £100
