    MOrtal Kombat XL... problemas de carga


    Hola, hace unos días compre el Mortal Kombat Xl desde la consola, la descarga se demoró como 2 días, pero no puedo jugar en los modos 1 vs 1, ni multi jugador, puedo elegir personajes pero cuando aparece la barra de carga se congela el juego y se sale al
    escritorio.... también me aparece error de conexión a internet, pero he revisado y la consola esta conectada incluso tengo la suscripción xbox live gold... solo puedo jugar el modo historia, la torre, la kripta de momento,

    si me pudieran ayudar se los agradecería mucho

    just try to power cycle your console by pressing and hold for 10 seconds the front power button MOrtal Kombat XL... problemas de carga ;)

    Try to delete the data of your profile only from the console and open the game again and getting the data back through cloud

    Delete the data of your account from your console, try also to open the game in offline mode to check If it's a problem with internet
