    Thanks for reaching out to us. I would like to clarify what exactly happens when you try to play a different mode in the game? Do you get certain error messages or codes? While you get back to us with more
    information I would recommend trying to remove and
    re-add your account    .



    Side Note: It is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the console.
