Mortal Kombat X Premium Edition

Hello. I bought Mortal Kombat X Premium edition for pre-order. But in game is not available Kombat Pack 4 heroes. In supplement there are only Goro and a set of "Samurai". How to get the promised 4 heroes?

I totally understand your concerns, however I want to reassure you that since you've purchased the premium edition of Mortal
Kombat X, that you own all that is part of the bundle, including the
Kombat Pack.

We can't make any assumptions as to when the content in the pack will be available, however please let us know if the
Kombat Pack continues this behavior after Mortal Kombat X finally releases.

From what I've heard it hasn't actually been released yet as quite a few people don't have it I just checked on the WB website, and a lot of people are complaing, but it apparently should be out by now

Just keep checking back, and it should appear within a day

Also, follow these instructions as you may need to get that pack through the Store:

Download add-ons that you’ve purchased as part of a bundle

If multiple add-ons were included in a single purchase, like a season pass or a Limited Edition game bundle, you may need to download them separately. There are two ways to download the individual items:

•Inside the game, look for a store. Find the component items of the season pass, and download them there.

•Download the individual add-ons from the Xbox Game Store. Here's how:

1.Press the Xbox button to return to the Home screen.

2.Select My games & apps.

3.Locate the game, then press the Menu button.

4.Select View game details.

5.In the Add-Ons column, select the ellipses (…).

6.Select the individual add-on, and then press A to Install.

Note You will see an Install button on downloadable content items that you have purchased.

 

At this time, in addition opening set Kombat pack has only a set of "Samurai" with costumes, but no additional heroes.

The Kombat pack includes access to four upcoming Character and skin packs.

It also grants immediate access to the Samurai Skin pack, which includes Imperial Samurai themed skins for Kenshi, Shinnok, and Kitana.

The four characters included in the Kombat pack, to be released in the near future are:

•The Ultimate Horror Pack:

◦Playable character Jason Voorhees

◦Horror skins Vampiress Mileena, Kraken Reptile and Pharaoh Ermac

•The Klassic Pack #1:

◦Playable character Tanya

◦Klassic skins for Kano, Sonya and Liu Kang

•The Predator / Prey Pack:

Yeah, unfortunatlye you will need to wait for them to be released. However they will still be free for you when they are released You might even get them earlier then everyone else if you're lucky!
