Mortal Kombat X Live Issues

Wainsticles - have you installed yet? If not have you tried installing while offline?

 

Had the same issues till last night and here are the steps i took.

1. delete installed game (I deleted downloadable content too)

2. Power down xbox as DENAz666 stated ( It took mine two manual power downs to get green loading screen) Note: I powered down by holding the button for 10 seconds

3. Install game ( took hella long and stopped on 15% for a while but eventually caught up)

Note: I installed online but make sure you don't load the game even after its done downloading

4. Power down Xbox again manually

Note : I did not do this on previous tries when i couldn't connect to online games

Thats all i did and it worked. I got the game when it came out and never played online. when I didnt reboot after installing it i could not connect but when I did it worked. Hope this helps

 

just wondering if anyone was successful at fixing their problem? we are having the same issues. we are online everything works but when it says opponent found an error message pops up says lost connection with Ethernet cable. we were told that this was a
verizon fios issue when we called xbox support. Verizon says no its an xbox issue we are just getting the run around here and would like to play the game online.

 

I'm having the same issues. It connects online but as far as finding a match it almost always lags out. I have played 2-3 lag free online matches, but thats out of probably 50-60 attempted matches. I've tried everything suggested by xbox.

I can play any other multiplayer game, so I think there is a server issue with the game. I'm hoping they can patch it to fix it. If not, I will probably stop playing. I bought this game to play against friends but that hasn't happened once; disappointing.

 

Can some one please help. Every time I play mortal Kombat x it crashes on me, and the game starts all over, sometimes it even restarts my xbox one. I've re-installed the game multiple times thinking that it was possibly the problem. also this is the only
game that I have a problem with on my xbox.

I've also used different mortal Kombat disk. someone please help!
