Mortal Kombat X Live Issues

As I'm playing mortal kombat x for the xbox one I'm connected to a party and able to stream through twitch. However, when I try to connect to other players or play ranked games it gives me an error message saying "You have lost connection to Xbox live,
please check your Ethernet cable." But my Ethernet cable is fine, and my NAT is open, as well as I'm able to connect to other things that require internet. What could be the problem?

I know several people having this issue, we have tried restarting and reinstalling and neither worked.

If anyone has any suggestions I also need help.

 

Yeah, I have heard that deleting the game and reinstalling is one way to fix it. The user who suggested that fix also mentioned waiting for the installation to hit 100% before trying matchmaking again

The other option that I have heard can work is by power cycling your xbox.

How to Power cycle console

1.Go to the Home screen.

2.Press the Menu button on the controller.

3.Select Settings.

Note You can say “Xbox, go to settings” from any screen, but you’ll need a controller once you’re on the Settings screen.

4.Go to Power & startup.

5.Select Turn Xbox Off.

6.Select Yes. The console powers down.

7.Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Note If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

How to Physically power cycle the console

2.Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

I got a problem when im playing online on mortal kombat x and I challenge agains online oppoment it freeze and then it say this content is no longer availeble and my ping is full green bar and everybody ping shows grey is that a issue on my side or there
side that I cant challence anybody online please help??

Ive done the restart, re-install, nothing worked at all, got a wired cable. Still nothing.

 

Sorry dude, this has me stumped in that case. I've searched high and low on different forums, and whilst I can see a few people who are affected, there isn't yet a fix or even a suggestion of one

Still having the exact same issues as well. First day of play was fine for me, ever since then get the same message saying ive been disconnected form xbox live and it will not let me play any online matches.

 

Im trying to install MKX, it gets to 11% and says, "Instillation Stopped". I can't even play the game. I took it back to Gamestop where i got it, they gave me a new copy and it still does the same thing. I have no idea what is going on.

 

why no one answer us ? this f... Connecting to Opponent problem . No one Fix this problem yet ?

 

I am also having this problem, mine appears to be limited to player matches particularly ranked. Whenever i join a ranked game i have about 20 seconds of it including character select before it says *ending game* *the game session is no longer available*
this happens every time without fail, an update would be delightful

 

I got Mortal Kombat X today. I started playing offline after installing and then connected back online which eventually booted me out of the game for the update. After the update, I went back in but couldn't get to the store from in the game or online mode.
I've since power cycled my Xbox One and my modem. I now seem to be ok, yet to try a match but can get to the store and online modes.

Have you guys power cycled your modem too. Destiny was a shocker for needing both X1 and modem power cycle for the first few months.
