Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack downloaded but new characters aren't showing.

Is anyone else having this issue? It's pissing me off to no end.

I bought the kombat pack thinking the 4 new characters were available immediately but that doesn't seem like it's true.

I redeemed my codes. And it shows that ive downloaded the content in my add-ons. I can play as Goro, but Predator, Jason vorhees, Tanya and tremor aren't showing.

Anyone know why?

Have to admit its very misleading it does say in description release 14th but for what I have read we will get Jason next week and then another every 2 weeks this is not definite just a rumour I had read

The first batch of DLC will release on April 26, with more following every two weeks thereafter. Here’s the full itemized listing:

04/26 – MASKDMURDER Pack

05/10 – Klassic Pack #1

05/24 – HUNTERPREY Pack

06/07 – Klassic Pack #2

The ‘MASKDMURDER’ Pack is set to include Jason Voorhees from the Friday the 13th movies, whereas the ‘HUNTERPREY’ pack will add the Predator into the game. The two ‘Klassic’ packs will add Tanya and Tremor, and each of the four packs will include several
character skins. All this content has been bundled together as the ‘Kombat Pack’ season pass.

 

When the Kombat pack becomes available it will show up in the queue when the dlc is ready.

Early access to the DLC content prior to it's being made public. This doesn't mean day one access, just early. Currently you can use the skins for Kenshi, Shinnok and Kitana. You'll still receive early access to the other DLC characters prior to public
access as well.

 

My Kombat pack doesn't even show up at all. I have the game, goro, and samurai pack all downloaded but there is no kombat pack at all.

I tried to make it show up when I got home from work last night but still a no go. When I go to the Premium Edition in the store it doesn't even show that I bought it. In the my games and app I have the game, the Samurai pack, and Goro. I also had problems
installing the goro add on. No matter how many time I clicked install it wouldn't do it. Then finally after playing the game for a little bit goro installed. I'm still not seeing the Kombat pack though.

Yeah I realize that but it should still show up saying I've downloaded it.
