Mortal Kombat X Digital Installation "Stuck on Queued"

Hi!

I recently purchased Mortal Kombat X for Xbox one through the Xbox one Marketplace and tried installing it, however every time it gets to 26% the installation stops and goes to "Queued" and then back to re-downloading. At first i thought this was just the
process of downloading it but its been cycling through queued and downloading for over 6 Hours and still has not moved from 26%. I called Xbox support over 3 times and they all told me to do the same troubleshooting options over and over again but once again
Mortal Kombat still won't Install. I know its not my network or my console because I've downloaded different games as a test to see if it was my console, but it seems like the Digital download of Mortal Kombat X just won't work. Any Ideas?

Mortal Kombat Won't Update On Console

My mortal kombat x won't let me install the update it just keeps stopping at 66% and goes into to queued about 3 times and then goes to installation stopped i have tried over 50 times to reinstall the update but it just keeps giving me installation stopped
and xbox live support didn't help at all and keep giving me *** anwsers.

its not my network or disc because the regular game disc installs fine but every time i update the game i get installation stopped.

ive try unistallling and reinstalling the game about 3 time and it didn't work

i also know that its not mortal kombat x servers because everyone else is playing it

mine was Stuck on Queued for about 2 days it would start and stop and lock or time out

what i did was start the one with no one login in at the time and let it stay on maybe about 5 mins then pick one to login and then it would start , with the digital downloads you have to have very fast internet some get the download very fast , but for
me i dont have fast at all so my download was about 2 and a half days for your download change the download from one hour and turn off to 6 hours and it will download with out timing out , the other thing is make sure no one else is useing your online .....so
other family members where useing my net thats why mine was so slow , maybe your would take under a day to get your download , they delayed the jason dlc till the 5th and later you can buy him alone with out the k pack . on the 12th

So I tried what you said and at the beginning it started to download and it even made it past 26%, but once again it went back to being stuck on queued this time on 37%. My Internet speed isn't the best but I've been able to download large games like GTA
5 and Fifa 15 in under 2 hours, its just Mortal Kombat that doesn't seem to work. Thanks for the help but any other ideas?
