Mortal Kombat Won't Update On Console

My mortal kombat x won't let me install the update it just keeps stopping at 66% and goes into to queued about 3 times and then goes to installation stopped i have tried over 50 times to reinstall the update but it just keeps giving me installation stopped
and xbox live support didn't help at all and keep giving me *** anwsers.

its not my network or disc because the regular game disc installs fine but every time i update the game i get installation stopped.

ive try unistallling and reinstalling the game about 3 time and it didn't work

i also know that its not mortal kombat x servers because everyone else is playing it

pls help!

As others have mentioned, it's not compatible and no more updates are planned at this point.

You'll need to pick up an original Xbox console to play it.

mortal kombat servers even on 9 dont work they time out its not worth even trying

to play online you can have the most fastest and it will time you out , they just hang and even with mk x its worse over the last few weeks , the network they say if your living down the block from the company's your golden and will never have to worry but
for alot of us its like going fishing for that big

fish that is jet black with that one red line down its back , i dont really care for online gaming over the last year , i only want updates for the system if it needs them .

 

Try a hard reboot and see if that works. Hold the power button on the front of the console for 8-10 seconds until it shuts off then unplug the console for 30 seconds then plug it back in and power back on and try again. Hopefully this will work for you.
You could also try clearing local saved data and not entire game data.

 

Least I know I am not alone. I held off buying a Xbox1/PS4 for a year, and finally caved because of MKX.

So far this has been a mistake.

This game will not update. I've completey crashed twice and had to reinstall the game just to get back to playing. They have put out a patch?...... and this will not Update... Yet I have "great" connection, never lag online unless playing someone in the
red. This is beyond fustraiting..... I am giving it till the end of the week. And if something doesn't change.... back to Gamestop I go to find a solution. PS4 have these headaces?
