Mortal Kombat 9 Won't Install after new Back Compat Update

Earlier on Microsoft's celebration of Xbox's 20th gave a back compat update, and in that update one of those games were "Mortal Kombat" (2011). there is even a store page now for the game on the Microsoft store for Xbox. But when I put the disc in, it says its not playable here and I can't even get it digitally because WB took it down, but not they did not do the same for the DLC for some weird reason. But my problem is, If it's back compat now, and I have the Disc, why does it say its not backwards compatible?

Remove the disc from the console, do these 2 steps below, and try again, please.

Step 1: Clear the storage cache on your console.

Press the Menu key on your controller.
Click Settings, devices & streaming, and then go Blu-Ray.
Select Persistent Storage.
Click Clear Persistent Storage 3 times

Step 2: Power cycle your console.

Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable, wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds, this step resets the power supply. 
Plug the console power cable back in, turn on your Xbox.

Well It seems as though about an hour after I reported the bug through Xbox they fixed it lol
