Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate + Injustice 2 Leg. Edition Bundle

Hello,

I hope someone can help me because this is beginning to drive me crazy.
I've recently bought the MK11 + Injustice 2 Bundle (Ultimate/Legendary editions) on PC and I'm having some trouble with Injustice 2.

Since I already had MK11 installed I had to manually download all the characters/skins/goodies/dlcs I got with the bundle manually, which is ok (though it did take me a while to figure out).

I figured this wouldn't be the case for Injustice 2, since I didn't have it installed already. To be extra safe, before launching the game I checked all the add-ons and they all state "Ready to use in-game, no download required", but once I launched it the characters are not selectable and I'm just prompted to buy them.

Since I cannot download them from the app or the game, how am I supposed to access the DLC content?

Hi Tali,

I did not own Injustice 2, however I do have access to it with the Game Pass (I didn't install it prior to buying the bundle though). I can install it and run it just fine, I just can't access any of the DLC characters.

Thank you for support, it's much appreciated. As you suggested I tried to request a refund, however it's been denied with the explanation that digital games that have been played cannot be refunded. Aside from the fact that I find it very strange (and irritating) that there's no cooling off period on digital purchases (unlike any other digital shop I've ever used), how was I supposed to know that Injustice 2 would not be fully playable without downloading it and trying it? Nowhere on the description of the bundle it says that Injustice 2 DLCs wouldn't be usable on PC.

Is this something you can help with? There isn't even an option to appeal the decision and discuss it directly with someone, something that I've been trying to do ever since I opened this thread with no success.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. While I look further into the error you are receiving, can you please confirm if you already owned Injustice 2 on PC prior to purchasing the bundle? Are you able to access Injustice 2 and simply do not have access to the DLCs?

Thank you for your response. I looked into the game listing and I now understand the extent of the issue. For this specific bundle, it does offer Smart Delivery specifically for MK11 but not for Injustice 2 Legendary. What this means is that you may access the content for Injustice 2 on Xbox but it is not accessible for PC. I understand how frustrating this may be, but you may request a refund or contact us directly at Xbox Support - Contact Us.
