    Mortal Kombat 11 New Add on says installed, but is not.


    I just purchased the latest Mortal Kombat add on (which says it's installed) but is not anywhere to be found in manage addons or in game. What needs to be done to remedy?

    a wb games update Well showing the ad on icon saying they’ve been installed and then immediately goes back to needing to be installed again right afterwards

    The cause of this happening may be because Xbox Live is in service with some services.

    If you want to be notified when you're back to normal, go to Xbox Live Status.

    Have you tried finding mortal kombat 11 in your list of games and highlighting it and pressing the menu button on your controller, then clicking on manae game & add ons? Then see if there is anything under ready to install.
