    Mortal Kombat 11 Kombat Pack


    So I've purchased the Mortal Kombat 11 Kombat Pack bundle when it was on 60% off on
    March 8th, 2020 however The Joker character is still
    not playable, I've used, played and upgraded all other characters in the bundle (The Terminator, Shang Tshung, Nightwolf, Sindel,
    Spawn not released as yet since there's a blank space on my character rooster). I can see him in my rooster, hes
    greyed out, and whenever I hovered over him to select, it says
    DOWNLOAD. I press A log in again and tried to download him, they say I already
    owned him, I go into my console and Checked he's there under Queue to Installed. I installed him, hes still not playable and greyed out, I go back and
    UNINSTALLED him and REINSTALLED same thing. I checked if the INSTALLATION was finished, its says
    recently installed. But still the same damn thing, I've
    restarted     the game, console, and even check game add ons and still no luck o getting him to use.
    What do I do now?

    The strategy guide looks like it is a gamestop exclusive, if you ordered from the Microsoft store you either received bonus Mortal Kombat 11 character Shao Kahn, as well as beta access in March for standard
    edition or includes the Kombat Pack. Kombat Packs in the past include early access to characters, skins, and more Mortal Kombat content for the deluxe edition.

    Do you get an error message when you try to buy Mortal Kombat 11 (I assume you meant Mortal Kombat when you said "Deadly Kombat 11")?

    Or what exactly prevents you from buying the game?
