Mortal Combat XL - Xbox Gold

Discus and support Mortal Combat XL - Xbox Gold in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I received this game as free for XBox Gold and now it is not opening anymore. It gives error 0X82D0007.     Mortal Combat XL - Xbox Gold


    I received this game as free for XBox Gold and now it is not opening anymore. It gives error 0X82D0007.

    How can I solve this?

    Hi, sergiorgiraldo

    I'm sorry you're having issues with your Gold Game. If someone is Gamesharing with you downloaded that game from Games With Gold and no longer has an as active Gold membership it will appear in your game library but not be playable to you even if you still
    have an active Gold membership. However, if you downloaded it yourself with an active gold membership and it is still not working here are a few things you can try. Restart the console. clear your cache by going to settings> system> storage. Go into an app
    or game close it, then try your Gold game again. And of course check to make sure you're internet is connected and that you still have an active Gold subscription.
