    Mortal combat X game pass won't start


    My mortal combat won't start on my xbox one I got it off game pass and it crashes every time it starts to load.

    I would like 2 see mortal combat 11 in game pass and world war z cause game pass has mortal combat xl and they have zombie games i would 2 see if they added those games

    Hi Sammy,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend to uninstall and reinstall the game on the Xbox. When you uninstall the game,

    power cycle     the console. When it is back on then try and reinstall the game.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    the problem is that game pass downloads not listed in the order history, only if it buy, for example mortal combat x isn't listed there and I can play it without problems.

    I try it here because at this time no support works and I think it's a change maybe find someone who know how can I use the Addon
