Morrowind won't load Xbox One

I own Morrowind and now it won't play on my Xbox One. It simply won't load. I have re-set and re-started my console and it still won't load. I tried to uninstall it and now the store says I have to purchase it again. Please help

Thank you for your effort. Morrowind is now working again for me and even though I uninstalled it, luckily all my saved games were there when it re-installed (I'm Level 45 over 200 hours). If it happens again, I will follow your advice. Hopefully it will
start working for you as well.

Yup me too but Morrowind is no longer in the MS store. They must have made some mistake and deleted it completely

I don't know ChrisHalloway but I'm not pleased. I noticed the tag "Game of the Year Edition" changed to "Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind" and the tile appears in a different spot in my library.

Wondering if that has anything to do with it. Sorry to hear you're having the same issue.

I just called Xbox support and told them about the problem and yes its a problem on their side. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. So don't trouble shoot the problem (remove / install) as you could lose your data. This happened to a reddit user. So just
wait for Microsoft to fix the problem.
