Morrowind suspended

Because I have not been playing ESO often I just recently noticed that the Morrowind expansion I pre-purchased in February with gift cards (except for the Tax) has been disabled because I disputed a charge that was made on my credit
card in may that was not made on my account(the reason it was disputed. So basically because I disputed I charge that was made to my credit card on May 30 My I have been deprived the use of my expansion pack since then because of that, even the that purchase
was made in February with mostly gift cards. I do have screen shots showing the redemption of the gift cards and the expansion purchase and when the purchase was made on my bank statement. The fact this action was taken when the purchases were 3 month apart
and not even the same amount it is clear the charges are clearly not related. At best it demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and customer service(as I was not even sent a notification through xbox or a letter). It show that there was no investigation
on your part almost bordering on negligence or worse. None the less I due request that this is fixed quickly.
