    More than packet loss?

As with what seems to be most people, yesterday I experienced a 100% packet loss on the multiplayer aspect of the xbox network. Now, however, I cannot even open the settings to check the status. There is currently no functionality with my xbox one. It
will start up, but nothing beyond that. Is this related or is the console itself malfunctioning?

    :)

    Latency and packet loss issues

If it's possible, can you bypass your router and wire your console directly with your motorola surfboard, and have us know the output of your console's network statistics test. More importantly, look at the packet loss. Under "normal" conditions, you should
never see packet loss greater than "0".

Have you tried unplugging the console for a few minutes, then plugging it back in, starting it up fresh, and see if the issue remains?
