More than one xbox account?

So recently I've been wondering were my money has been going. I saw it was usually like 10.70 or so a month and of course it always comes out when I need it then I noticed there were 2 charges from Microsoft, Both for xbox live so I removed my subscription
and bought a physical card for my game pass ultimate/gold. But this month the 10.70 charge still popped up is there anyway that I can get this removed like can Microsoft stop the transaction?
