More than one profile on my account?

Sorry but there is no way to do what you are asking. You'll need to create an email address for his account. However, if he is under 18 then he would be considered a child account and your account will need to be added as his parent account anyway.

you can create multiple accounts. Just sign out of the current profile, by pressing the Guide button on the controller (The one with the xbox logo) and then press X to sign out. When the profile is signed out, press X again and you should be able to select
create profile.

Be aware that currently a gold subscription is per account.

Regarding the dropping of internet, the only way to avoid this is to try and find the cause of the drop, it could be either the network at your home or even the internet provider. And if the cause is found try to find a more stable option.

Like if you are using a wireless network, try a wired connection to see if that makes a difference.

If the complete internet connection drops, so that it is not your home network, then you could try to find out if a different provider has a better connection.
