    More than one account suspended instead of one.


    My account got suspended from playing online, but for some reason my brother also can't play online on his account which is on the same Xbox but we don't share gold because he gets the same message saying that "you are suspended so you are unable to play
    games online" even though only my account was banned. I find this weird because on the enforcement page it says "On Xbox One and Xbox on Windows, this account cannot play online multiplayer, use communications features, broadcast gameplay, or share content
    for the duration of the suspension". As you can see it says that my ACCOUNT was suspended so I don't know why my brother isn't able to play online. His account wasn't suspended btw.

    More than one account.

    Can someone advise me on how we can have more than one account for Xbox live, as my kids nearly kill each other over who's playing and who did what in witch game. We currently have Xbox gold. Also we live in country Victoria Australia and our internet
    drops out quite oftern so the kids end up with a probation and have to wait before they can play. I really think this is unfair is there anyway to avoid this ???

    Hi there,

    you can create multiple accounts. Just sign out of the current profile, by pressing the Guide button on the controller (The one with the xbox logo) and then press X to sign out. When the profile is signed out, press X again and you should be able to select
    create profile.

    Be aware that currently a gold subscription is per account.

    -

    Regarding the dropping of internet, the only way to avoid this is to try and find the cause of the drop, it could be either the network at your home or even the internet provider. And if the cause is found try to find a more stable option.

    Like if you are using a wireless network, try a wired connection to see if that makes a difference.

    If the complete internet connection drops, so that it is not your home network, then you could try to find out if a different provider has a better connection.

    Xbox enforcement team over stepping their boundaries.

    If you got a 30 day console ban then that's because you've been suspended several times before or more than one account has been suspended on that console.

    Next time it will be a permanent ban.

    More than one xbox account?

    You need to check if the billing occurs for your account. It might be, that due to a missed payment for your subscription in the past, they are billing twice the amount. Once for the current payment, and one for the past missed payment.

    You can see that under
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders


    However, if you added your credit card or payment info to another account (e.g. an account for your kid, or your partner), only they can then end the subscription on their own account.

    If you suspect your credit card was fraudulently used, you will have to ask your credit card company to block these payments, or issue you a completely new card.

    Microsoft themselves can only help you manage your subscriptions on your own account. You can try to contact them via
    https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    There click on the Billing&Account icon, and if a virtual agent appears, click on "Show other options" under the green button.

    Then choose the most appropriate topic from the list, and at the bottom click on the "Contact Options" button.

    Depending on the time of day and times of operation in your country, you should then see several tiles where you can chat with support, or have them call you back.
