    More robust color choice in personalization


    Greetings Team Xbox,

    I have been checking with each new release of the Xbox OS for more color choices. As a long time user of Microsoft Windows, I have a custom color scheme and I find the choices of the Xbox OS limited. I would like to request the same freedom of choosing a
    color as is available in Windows. Further, if this freedom was available with customizing a controller in the Design Lab, that would be stellar. I am aware that there are limitations to the controller colors, but with the color pallet available to the screen,
    custom colors seems like the next step. Any feed back is truly appreciated.

    Xbox One Dashboard background

    In order to change your background, follow these steps:

    On your home screen go left and select Settings > All settings > Personalization > My color and background.

    Here you can change the color of the tiles and background.

    If you want a solid blue color, just select it by scrolling right.

    This should fix it! More robust color choice in personalization :)

    Edit: Does it change when you select a different color?

    Color Personalization on my xbox

    I changed my color and Xbox profile picture on the Xbox app (beta).

    Then I logged onto Xbox one and I noticed the color was black I could still use the Xbox and my profile picture wasn't working. I want my color back. I can't even change the color. If I press change color it loads for 30 seconds then return back to my profile
    screen. Please Help I want my color back.

    ^^ Is AC 3 about the Civil war or the Revolutionary war?

    They probably mean that you have more choices and maybe they will have a more robust character customization function or an rpg'ish leveling system. I doubt it would be a full-on rpg, but it seems like maybe they want a piece of that pie that Bethesda and Bioware
    are enjoying right now.
