More problems

not sure on the router model, but its wireless connection. ive been thinking of moving my router up to my room where my box is, but i dont wanna flub it up by mistake. going wired isnt an option for me either.

If you're installing a game to your Xbox One console from a disc and it seems to be frozen (meaning it's sitting at a lower percentage for an extended period of time), have no fear! We're here to help!

Give the following steps a shot:

Cancel your download

Disconnect your Xbox One console from your network.

Hold down the power button (on the console) for 5-10 seconds until the console powers off.

Power the console on again.

Retry the game install again without connecting to your network.

Once the game has completed installing, you can reconnect to your network and download any needed updates.

might be connection issues , what modem and router are you using , wired or wireless ?

Sorry to hear it. If the screen is stuck please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. That should solve the issue.

That's not good, first off. I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. Second, have you tried testing your mic or headset by using the "test the headset" steps from the

Xbox One Chat Headset Troubleshooting.

I'm assuming this is an Xbox One Headset, If it doesn't pass the test that may warrant for a replacement. If it does pass, it may have a secondary cause.

If that doesn't seem like the issue there is a very helpful support page for
