More Power: cannot extract core

I retrieved the red ammunition type, and put all the power robots in their sockets. The middle has a green highlight, but does not respond when I step on it. The game tells me I need to extract the power core, but because that middle button doesn't respond
to me stepping on it, I am unable to extract the core.

I also cannot identify any way to restart the dungeon. I went back to the dungeon start, and the door is locked.

This is for the Windows 10 version.

Cannot Extract Prismatic Core in Shifting Sands.

While exploring Shifting sands for diagrams components i found this Prismatic Core in the map and started the mini event where we have to fight some corebots, after defeating them i cannot extract the core from the holder. No interaction as it should.

Game Breaking Bug Core Foundry

I had a very smilar problem in the Core Foundry (i just made a post about this). I opened a door (one of those which you have to extract the core to open it) went tthrough it and then I went back to the Crawler to do some things. Now, when I get back in
the Core Foundry, the door is still open but the room on the otherside won't load: the is a black metal wall blocking my way, as if the map won't load. Pretty frustrating, since I cannot progress at all... It seems the game bugs if you start the Core Foundry
and leave in the middle of it...

 

I installed the last four power robots simultaneously---perhaps this caused the problem?

 

FYI: I started an entirely new game, because I couldn't find a way to resolve this issue.
