More positive news: $399 Xbox Ones "Flying Off The Shelves" at GameStop

Amazon tells another story. The $399 xbox one is number 54 in the top one hundred video game items. Its getting outsold by the titan fall bundle. PS4 is number 8.

Offcourse. Lets ignore all the boo and laughs people had during MS E3 presentation,especially when some of the games went bad.

And flying off the shelf? Kinda like ps3 did before sony had to reduce the price. Actually this might be their plan. Sell a console at more expensive price to anyone willing enough to buy it, then reduce the price for the rest of the comunity to what they
would normaly sell. Freaking ginious on MS part. They get extra money of preorders and then go back to how they should have been. Earning more money then they would have had during the normal

Wait wait....none of the games froze or went bad during Sony E3 presentation?

 

Pick 34, it just started selling - give it time and I'm sure that number will improve as more people become aware of it. Also, you have to keep in mind that Amazon isn't the ONLY retailer that sells the Xbox One console.

 

GG, Amazon is one of the biggest retailers on the planet. Their list is updated hourly and the xbox one at 399 has been available for preorder since it was announced. The destiny ps4 bundle has been available for less time and is handily outselling it as
well. So is Playstation tv (which is no where near the same price) but is ranked higher. I think there will be an improvement in sales, but it isn't going to be a huge bump like everyone thinks. They're going to have to cut the price to make things competitive.

 

Pick 34, it's been less than a week. Again, Amazon is still just ONE retailer - for all the people that shop online, there's likely 10x that number (that's a personal estimate) that shop at actual retail locations. Also, the competition has a larger install
base, which would make it easier for them to have a higher spot on Amazon (the more people that have a PS4 for example, the more people that are able to buy the PSTV).

I'm not going to argue this any more because you're apparently trying to turn this into a comparison thread, which is a violation of the forum guidelines.

 

I'm not turning it into any sort of a comparison. The only SOLID PROOF we have is the best selling list of video game items from the one of the worlds largest sellers of consumer goods and services. But hey, let's just dismiss those numbers, I'm sure they're
not an indicator of how it's selling.

 

@GG just wanna point out that you don't have to have a PS4 to buy a PSTV, it's a standalone console.

 

@Tzar....when PS Now is up and running, there will be access to PS3, Vita, PSP, PS2, and PS games as well as remote play of the PS4. It won't be that difficult to have over 1000 titles.

Pick 34: I would like a Link please. We already have a link where someone say's X1's are "Flying off the shelves." Thus it would be nice to be able to directly view another retailers take on it.

If anyone has a link for Best Buy, Wally World etc etc. On how well the X1 is, or isn't selling in their stores. Please post em.

Can i just say with psnow you download the games you buy onto ur hard drive. will you have room for them all. just glad ms aint bringing old games back because i brought a next gen console for future games i own a xbox 360 for 360 games if i wanted ps1 and
ps2 games ill buy a ps1 or a ps2 be much cheaper

 

@N7....you're not buying any games or downloading them. It's a game streaming service from my understanding. Think of it like Netflix for games.
