More late episode uploads for xbox video

For starters i'd just like to say Xbox video should have it's own support page/forum. I hate the way microsoft has set up their support/forum system.

I can't understand how xbox video can have so many technical issues (the reason i'm always given as to why an episode is not uploaded) on such a constant basis. This is probably the 30th time an episode for a show i've purchased from xbox video has been anywhere
from 2 days to 2 weeks late being uploaded. The most recent now being the newest episode of the flash, which is now 2 days late. I've also been given the excuse that it's the network who produces the show that's to blame, but the newest episode of the arrow
was just uploaded on time which comes from the same network as the flash. The arrow is always supposed to air the day after the flash. I would think they would want to keep these things airing on time and in order. Especially since the flash episode in question
has cross-over characters from the arrow taking part in it.

Get your "technical issues" sorted out microsoft and deliver the service quality we deserve. We pay a subscription fee just to have access to the ability to pay for episodes/season of shows. The least you can do is provide said episodes/seasons on a reliable
regular basis like every other service has no problem accomplishing without pay walls.

Breaking Bad Xbox Video

I purchased the all episodes for season 6. The xbox video app is not showing the latest episode for viewing/download; however, the episode is available for purchase. Why the wait and when will the episode be aviailable for viewing?

I have several season passes to various television shows. Xbox Video has ALWAYS had the next episode availalbe the day after it airs. This latest episode of BB (season 6, ep 3) is still not availalbe for us. Unacceptable!

Season 1 of Attack on Titan should have 25 episodes. Funimation seems to take their sweet time in uploading the episodes to Xbox Video, as evidenced in the past.

I would go ahead and visit the Xbox Video app, go into Account Management, and Press X to Refresh your Purchase History. Check to see if episode 24 and/or 25 appear in there.

I actually called Xbox about a week after the first episode aired asking about that. The reply they gave me was something akin to...

xbox is not responsible for uploading the show, that xbox video is merely a hosting place and it's up to nickelodeon to upload the episodes. I looked into contacting nickelodeon. They only had a corporate number and a feedback form type thing. I sent them
a feedback but never received a reply.

Hopefully one or the other will get on the ball and start uploading these episodes. . .

So yeah those new episodes of agents of shield and the flash, still not up.. few days late now, also the newest episode of the arrow os a day late now. Why should I continue to use your service is this is the quality I'm paying for? 2nd days late on two
shows from separate networks and a day late on another.. since when did it take this long to upload a few gb of information?

Hi there, we didn't receive the files until late last night. We're working on getting the episode available as soon as possible. No, you don't need an Xbox Live Gold membership to use Xbox Video.
