More free games from MS

Don't disagree with you at all. As I say any giveaway by MS on top of retail bundles should be for everyone.

 

I'm not a Day One buyer either and I've beat Ryse already but even I think that's a slap in the face to their customers. As much as a I hate that stupid phrase it felt appropriate.

I'm on the fence on this one. I have my XboxOne which came with FIFA 14 even though I'm not a soccer fan, I just feel quite content with my first year with the X1 and the games I've played. I'm also not waiting for any friends to upgrade as most of them
got in on day one also. Plus I already own most of the good games they are likely to give away including Ryse.

 

Yeah, I am not really upset about it, and I already own Ryse. But, to be honest, it does bug me a little bit. I have owned all three Xbox consoles now, been on Live since January 2003, and was a Day One purchaser of the Xbox One, yet the only freebie MS
has ever given me was a gamer pic a couple years ago. So, I ask you, where is my nod? Again, I am not mad about this offer, but it does bug me a little.

 

Looking like Microsoft is gonna have to make it up to day one buyers if they don't want their next console to flop on it's release

 

A slap in the face to us Day 1 buyers? Not even close, we are day 1 buyers for a reason & waiting for sales & bundles year later for holidays is not one of them

 

Yeah I got one. But I dont think it makes up for telling me that something I bought for $400 is being reduced 5 days after I buy it. Sunset is a sick game but Ryse is garbage for me, Im just not into those type of games. It was pretty cool to see the Smartglass
app pop up and thank me for my purchase and gift me the free game, but I would have thrown my PS4 in the trash if it offered me a choice of say, Ryse or Forza or Dead Rising, three games that any type of gamer could choose from.
