More Buttons on the Elite Controller

Is there or can we start a group to try to get them to add P1, P2, P3. and P4 to the button mapping on the controller accessory. So when I play Sea of Thieves we can put Bucket, Shovel, Compass, and Drum on them.

By the looks of the images on the Elite Controller it does seem like the thumbstick buttons can be remapped

XBox One Elite Controller not working for majority of games on PC.

Seems to me that most PC games that already have native support for the 360 or the standard One controller Do not properly detect the Elite controller.

I can start the game up with the elite controller plugged in and not get any response from the controller in the game and the gampad options are usually grayed out, indicating that it has not detected a gamepad. But I can immediately unplug the Elite controller,
and plug in a standard 360/One controller and it works.

So far these games I can confirm do not detect the Elite controller.

Dishonored.

Crysis

Metro 2033

And I'm sure many more to come.

Also, while you're at it. I would you like you to fix it so that when using the Elite controller on PC, each of the paddle buttons are treated as independent buttons able to be bound directly instead of just being a clone of one of the other buttons on
the controller. Make it 4 EXTRA buttons, not just a convenience feature that moves buttons.

For the price you are charging. I'm disappointed in how limited it's turning out to be.

As long as you,re feeling strongly about Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice, you,re exactly right! I was also dissapointed that the triggers can only be mapped to an existing button and that they weren,t actually extra buttons. It sounds like it could be acheived
by Xbox devs, but the game would have to support it as well.
