    More Backwards Compatibility for series x


    Hey Microsoft/Xbox now I really need to ask if the backwards compatibility program has been reinstated as I know it was closed in order to focus on the Series X development and release now that console is out

    (by the way very happy with my Series X) anyway so now the console is out will there be more back compat games releasing I'm doubley curious about this because the program was closed before they could add FEAR And FEAR 2 Project Origin to the back compat list two of my favourite games and I know the devs of the games monolith wanted to add both FEAR And FEAR 2 along with condemned and I'd really like to play them on my Series X where they'll run as smooth as caramel because the two systems I had which could play the games ETC my Xbox 360 and Windows PC have unfortunately passed on one because it's almost as old my original Xbox and the other because dead graphic card so I need a system to play them on which I'd really appreciate thank you for your time and your reading and hopefully my question will be answers be it yes or no

    And, if it were not backwards compatible, you might have to wait until the release of Xbox Series X, as they have said they have stopped working on bringing Backwards Compatible titles to Xbox One until the Series X launch to get Backwards Compatibility
    up and running on the Series X. Form there, I imagine they will move back to bringing titles to both Series X and Xbox One for a few more years.

    The backward compatible program is on hold until the release of the Xbox Series X release. We will find out more information then about backward compatibility.
