Months without a deposit

Hello,

My Xbox rewards page says I have a balance of 12.8k points. Further down the page, my pending points have been accumulating since August 2017. What can I do to have them converted to USD and deposited in my Microsoft account?

It's been 18 months since I last had any Rewards points deposited to my MS account. In that time I've had the same response from MS every time I've contacted them - "a team is working on it". Well, this team must be pretty slow, and it must be clear by this
point that whatever is being done to try and fix this issue ISN'T WORKING.

I refuse to believe that Microsoft - the biggest software company in the world - is incapable of crediting its users accounts with the credit that they're owed. It seems much more likely that they just don't really care that much.

Oh well. If MS can choose not to credit my account with the 93,000 rewards points I'm owed, then I can choose to switch to Playstation.

Additionally, I do not have the option to request an "early deposit"... Any help is appreciated.

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. For future reference, if you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you
may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since you only hit the 5000 Credit amount required for an automatically scheduled deposit late last month, you will not receive your deposit until the mid-month deposit this month (December). Since you have been automatically scheduled
for a deposit, there is no need to request one manually, so that button has been removed.
