    Monthly Xbox live subscription roblem


    I have been a member of Xbox live since September 2016 and pay on monthly direct debit. All games with gold work fine except this month I cannot download project cars. On the games with gold page it shows my subscription ended in October 2016 yet I have
    making monthly payments and have been able to download and lay all other games. Xbox support could not offer a solution and neither Namco bandai. Any suggestions from the community?

    I just pre-ordered the Assassin's Creed Xbox One bundle, is there a monthly subscription for Xbox Live on Xbox One? How much is it?

    I would like to just have it on monthly auto if possible.

    Billing update for Xbox Live monthly subscriptions     . Did you mean that your subscription was cancelled after the transaction for renewal? Can you check

    Microsoft Account Services     to make sure the subscription is showing up as active or not.
