Monthly: "What's the status of my reward deposits?" post

Good day Xbox Rewards Support Personal,

First I want to say: I am not angry, nor am I blaming anyone in the Rewards Support program.

This post serves as a reminder that it is now 12 months since I've received any Rewards deposits to my Xbox account. This has been reported to you since February 2016 and I have been assured that it's a known issue requiring a fix.

I will continue to post on a monthly basis as a reminder that "I still want my Reward deposits" until it is fixed. I thank you for your time and attention.

Haven't received reward points in 3 years what's the issue?

I've been a rewards member since 2012 the first year of Program i was receiving my points monthly but after switch from microsoft points to real currency the points stopped. WHAT'S THE ISSUE? THANK YOU

I can confirm that your account is still being suffered by this error. Unfortunately, the database team we have escalated this issue to has not yet provided us with more information on how to proceed with resolving this issue. Again, we apologize for the
inconvenience that this issue is causing. In the meanwhile, your account will continue to behave as normal, and when a resolution is provided, the Credits should all be deposited at once.

What kind of rewards are you looking for? Is it the monthly survey, The Birthday rewards or the contests they run? You can find that info at Rewards.Xbox.com. I will tell you that the Survey MS points get deposited when you hit a round lot of 100. The Birthday
rewards are given if eligible(based on Gamerscore).

Also, it's not possible to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled. Early deposit requests are only to have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending, not to have them deposited before the deposit date.

Hi there CurranDJ,

As 24 said you can buy currency cards in different denominations at the store and add them to your account so it's there when ready to use. Currency cards will stack and accumulate in your account.

You can also join Bing Rewards (www.bing.com/rewards) or Xbox Live Rewards (www.xbox.com/rewards) if they are offered in your region. Keep in mind when rewards are deposited into your account, they will expire if not used within a specific timeframe.

But there is currently not an option to do a monthly purchase/deposit to your account so it accumulates like a bank account deposit.

Are you a member of Xbox LIVE rewards? If so I would advise heading over to rewards.xbox.com and checking under your pending points section. As the points are only deposited once a month, they may possibly be there, and be deposited during the next monthly
run.
