    Monthly subscription cancel is not working


    Hi , I'm trying to cancel my monthly subscription for gold membership but with no luck. each time I do cancel subscription it keeps deducting from my credit card. I need to cancel the monthly subscription and to refund the deducted 3 months.

    If you cancel immediately, you lose access to the service for the remainder of your paid subscription period.

    Microsoft discontinued the 12-month subscriptions for Gold a couple of years ago. Anyone who did not cancel their subscription or upgrade to Ultimate, would be grandfathered into the 12-month subscription. Once cancelled, there is no way to go back to that.

    The monthly price for Core will be the same as the currently monthly price for Gold. But again, as the 12 months subscriptions were terminated years ago, there is no equivalent price for that through Xbox.

    did you try and cancel the old subscription monthly auto pay? sometimes that makes things difficult, if that did not work I would contact Microsoft about that region issue
