    I keep getting this while Trying to purchase a "Phantasy Star Universe" Monthly subscription. And It wont let me purchase it for that reason.

    Once you've redeemed your code on the Xbox 360 you should have received the specific amount from that code into your balance.

    • If you're on your computer go to
      www.commerce.microsoft.com
    • Xbox 360: Sign in using your info, Go to settings, then account, select Manage Payment Options, and you should see your balance.
    But if you're wondering on how to redeem that code on your Xbox 360, I'd recommend checking out the

    Prepaid Code How-to     page.

    Thing is.. when I try checking-out a 9.99$ monthly purchase, there is no option for me to pay with funds I have redeemed on to my account.

    I'm fairly certain that you have to use a credit card or a pre-paid subscription card to sign up for an Xbox Music pass.
