Discus and support Monthly Paying in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I forgot to remove credit card from my account and now I have to pay 11 euro, I didn't even use game pass since months I don't know what to do please...     I forgot to remove credit card from my account and now I have to pay 11 euro, I didn't even use game pass since months I don't know what to do please help me

    The button on the website does not work. Call support and tell them to turn off auto renewal. Be aware that if you decide to purchase something in the future you will have to call support again.

    Yes but this option is not showing to me, the only thing that shows is to pay 11 euro because I forgot to remove my credit card is there a posibility to not paying this and just simply remove my credit card, as i said I didnt use game pass since months

    If you take advantage of an xbox live offer on the dashboard, the system will be set automatically to renew on a monthly basis unless you turn it off.

    Either go to My Xbox - Accounts on the website you will see a button there that will allow you to change the automatic renewal to off. If there are any issues with doing that call up customer support to have them switch it off for you.
