monthly charges to my account-I have no idea what it's for

I have seen these charges pop up every month for $9.99 on my bank account. The description says Purchase Authorized on XXX Paypal *Microsoft 402-935-7733 WA. I have NO idea what this is. How do I get
it to stop??? I haven't subscribed to anything or bought anything.

You can check http://account.microsoft.com to see if it shows any subscriptions there that can be cancelled. If not, you would want to contact support and speak to billing for

If its happening monthly, and you say its not showing up in accounts and billing or order history, what makes you think it's Microsoft? Your bank give an indication of what company is charging? That'd be my next step. Go to bank and cancel the monthly
charge?

You'll have to get in contact with support again as that's not true.

If you are on a monthly sub & then get a 3 month sub it shouldn't charge you for both,it should automatically switch to charging you monthly to 3 monthly.

Shall have a look in the ToU later but to my knowledge what they said about manually cancelling the monthly sub isn't in there.

No. the NNT charge does not show on my monthly bill only in my monthly bank statements. Its not much, but I don't know what it is.
