Month trial

Discus and support Month trial in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; hi. Hopefully you can help me. I just signed up for a month long trial, to see what it's like.     Month trial


    hi. Hopefully you can help me. I just signed up for a month long trial, to see what it's like. The problem is that it isn't reading as there being one. none of my games are able to access the Internet, and my account doesn't even read me as having a subscription,
    trial or otherwise. This is rather problematic, as I had to use PayPal to sign up, after it told me it couldn't accept my card.

    I do have an email telling me I signed up for one successfully, which is a problem, as according to my user profile, and my Xbox one, nothing of the kind is true.

    please help.

    I actually talked to someone using the chat function, who fixed it easily. Thanks for the advice.

    Game Pass 14 Days Trial vs. 1 Month Trial?!

    Don't enter the 1 month trial until after the 14 day trial. If you do you lose the 14 day trial. You should be able to activate the 1 month trial after the 14 day trial is over.

    hey there :)

    The free month trial is for players who never buy the gold subscription...

    You bought one month of gold, so you're not eligible for the trial of one month!

    No first you cannot use the 14 day trial with a 1 month

    It's either use the 1 month first

    seeing as you are gold either you are on the one month trial

    You cannot use the 14 day trial while gold you must be silver
