Month long wait to change security details isn't acceptable.

What happens when you try to change your security details? Do you get an error or message? Please provide screenshots or photos of this problem if possible.

Unfortunately, because I have had a trusted PC it wanted to use this to confirm my other security details. I tried removing the trusted PC and it'll wait a month before it actually removes it. Additionally, it'll wait a month before allowing all of my other
details to be committed so it'll charge me for 3 more months of xbox live 2 days before I can stop it. It may well wait a month before it confirmed any of these details even without a trusted PC.

My only other options are to call India to get my account information changed or to look out my old laptop (which was the trusted PC).

I hate having to jump through these hoops. I also don't get how I have a security question registered but it refuses to ask it to find out if I am who I say I am. What's next? I get on my laptop and it tells me that I'm not sat in my usual seat? That I'm
not wearing the same t-shirt? That my hair isn't as long as it remembers?

Even if they are accepting people there is a major flaw in that theory there is a very long waiting list and they are picky with whom they accept

Thanks for that. Just *** off that I've got to wait a month for Microsoft to verify my change of details to improve my security settings. I'll set up another email to get me by in the mean time. Cheers!
