Month #2, problem with points

over a month to fix a database issue? Are the employees on an extended vacation? This is pretty sad.

i found out about the 2 months for $2 thing. i added my paypal account and its not working, then i tried again in a couple of days and its still not working, can anyone help please?

I have a similar problem, i looked into it and apparently there having problems with the xbox live marketplace. I think everyone with problem will just have to wait till they fix it.

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated

Check your account and make sure you don't have any old or invalid payment options onto the account

sing up on bing rewards and in 2 months or so you can have enough points for a 400ms point card, then you will have 800 and more options, 2 months after that you will have 1200ms points and be able to buy almost any arcade game.
