    Monster Hunter World save data


    I recently was at a friends house using their Xbox to play monster Hunter world on my account, I come back to play on my home Xbox and re-downloaded the game to find my saved data was gone. I don’t know if it has something to do with me owning the disc
    version of the game while also owning it on game pass or what. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it I’ve reset the cashe on my Xbox i dont know what to do. My saved data still shows up in the manage games and add-ons menu, but only when I have my hardcopy
    in the Xbox.

    It saved before I realized what was going on.... I tried to delete the local data and it still didn't work. If only there was a way to just delete a few saves to before it happened... Thanks anyways.

    when you launch a game, something pops up saying syncing data, can you see it? Or for some reason it doesn’t show up?

    Hi Dragons,

    Thanks for the update on the issue. With this issue it is possible the old save became corrupt. To test this you can clear local save data. This will force game to retrieve your cloud save. If the cloud save is at the beginning there isn't away to retrieve
    it unfortunately. To clear local save go to settings>system>storage>clear local save.

    Try this and let us know.

    I did not see it, all I saw was "Loading Data" "Please do not turn the console off" there was nothing about syncing data.

    Save data for Monster hunter world is missing.

    The cloud storage had problems yesterday, it was fixed but there is still and ongoing issue with Buying items, redeeming codes, or downloading purchases.

    If you do run until it again, when it fails press on use offline you can receive your save data.
