Monster Hunter World Save Data

My game randomly has no save data and is starting me at the beginning, I restarted my Xbox one because the headphones started cutting out. (I tested the headphones on my phone and they worked fine) Once it was done restarting I went to play the game it
said something about not finding my data. It acts like its lost all my saves, I go to start playing and it wont even let me chose a profile, just starts a new game. I restarted the game several times and it still starts a new game... does anyone know how to
fix this?

It saved before I realized what was going on.... I tried to delete the local data and it still didn't work. If only there was a way to just delete a few saves to before it happened... Thanks anyways.

when you launch a game, something pops up saying syncing data, can you see it? Or for some reason it doesn’t show up?

Hi Dragons,

Thanks for the update on the issue. With this issue it is possible the old save became corrupt. To test this you can clear local save data. This will force game to retrieve your cloud save. If the cloud save is at the beginning there isn't away to retrieve
it unfortunately. To clear local save go to settings>system>storage>clear local save.

Try this and let us know.

I did not see it, all I saw was "Loading Data" "Please do not turn the console off" there was nothing about syncing data.

The cloud storage had problems yesterday, it was fixed but there is still and ongoing issue with Buying items, redeeming codes, or downloading purchases.

If you do run until it again, when it fails press on use offline you can receive your save data.
