Monster Hunter World: Iceborne crashing/not loading Xbox one X

About a month ago I purchased MHW after my gamepass subscription ran out and it has been a constant pain when I try to play it. When I try to play the game on my Xbox one X it crashes, continuously loads, freezes, and has graphic issues. These problems only
occur on the x and not on a friends regular xbox one. I have tried to reach out to Capcom and they could not fix the problem. They told me that it had to be a hardware issue, but MHW is the only game that has these problems. I also have followed all the troubleshooting
provided by Xbox support. I would like to know if there is anything that can be done to fix these issues. Thanks!

Hello, AngelObullets! I’ve tried anything you can possibly do, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game, quit and restarted the game, tried to play the game on a friends account, restarted my console, and reset my console to factory settings. And to answer
your question, no it is not a particular hunt or quest the crashing starts randomly and without doing anything in particular. Thank you for your response.

try disconecting external... I did it and now it crashes a lot less, but still have the same issue, yesterday y reinstalled the whole system and installed MHW, worked all day good, today I tryed to play again and crashed 3 times my one X when trying to
start the game, please fix this.... cant even play games we paid for.

What troubleshooting have you already tried? This a very strange issue for it to be crashing like that. Have you tried reinstalling the game?. And do have to ask if just that one hunt that is crashing the console?.
